Members of Old Elizabethans (Barnet) Association, including those registering for temporary membership, recognize that, in sharing their personal data on the site, they do so to support the aims of the Association. Access to the site requires a unique user name and a password. Each member undertakes to keep his username and password strictly confidential.

By its very nature and purpose, the site is a means by which members seek to make contact with each other. All the personal information you provide for entry onto the site will be viewable by any other member. Members are expected to use their best endeavors only to use the site in a way that promotes the integrity of the Association and not to use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.

By signing up for membership you are opting to receive announcements and newsletters regarding the Association’s events and activities.

The Association is registered under and makes its best endeavors to comply with relevant UK data protection legislation. It may disclose information about its members to the School, its Sections and to The Friends of QE but not to any other organization. The site will not be used to gather data to enable other organizations to send you information about their products or services.

The site contains hyperlinks to sites operated by the School and the Old Elizabethans Business Club. Such hyperlinks are provided for your convenience only. The Association does not control these sites and is not responsible for their contents.

If you choose to leave the Association you may demand that all the personal information relating to you be deleted from the site.

If at any time you believe that the site has been used in an unprofessional manner, please notify us immediately and we will use all reasonable efforts to promptly identify and resolve the problem.
